These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 766bet ("766bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online betting and casino services available at https://766bet.asia and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

766bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is found to have misrepresented their age, 766bet will void any winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility, return the original deposit amount where possible, and close the account permanently.

To access the full range of 766bet services, including placing wagers and making deposits or withdrawals, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 766bet Platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through the use of different email addresses or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 766bet does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 766bet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. 766bet reserves the right to extend processing times in cases where additional verification is required.

Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Prohibited Sources: You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Finality of Bets: Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and binding. 766bet does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under specific game rules or in the event of a technical error attributable to 766bet.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game, sport, and market on the 766bet Platform carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of bet placement. 766bet reserves the right to alter these limits at any time without prior notice.

Palpable Errors: In the event that 766bet publishes manifestly incorrect odds, lines, or game information due to a technical fault or human error ("palpable error"), 766bet reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. A palpable error is one that any reasonable person would recognise as an error — for example, odds of 100/1 for a strong sporting favourite. 766bet's determination of whether a palpable error has occurred is final.

Interrupted Games: In the event that a live casino game or sports event is interrupted before completion, 766bet will apply the rules specified by the relevant game provider or sports betting rules for the settlement of affected bets. Where no applicable rule exists, 766bet's decision on settlement will be final.

Game Provider Rules: All casino games on the Platform are governed by the rules published by their respective providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Where a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a game, the certified game log maintained by the provider constitutes the definitive record.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of 766bet. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

The 766bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 766bet expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

766bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 766bet's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 766bet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall 766bet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 766bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

766bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your personal data is used.

In summary, 766bet uses your personal data to provide and improve the Platform, to process transactions, to verify your identity, to comply with applicable legal obligations, and to communicate with you about your account and available promotions (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 766bet is incorporated as an offshore platform.

Amendments: 766bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Suspension and Termination by 766bet: 766bet may suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if it is required to do so by law or by a competent regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, 766bet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation.
